Had limited time to get inspection done and needed an oil change - Woodies is closer to my office so thought I’d give them a shot. Customer Service was good but their prices for oil change are out of this world expensive. Would recommend going elsewhere if you just need an oil change, as I will next time.

Rodney is great. Kept me informed about every step the shop had to take to address my issues. Still working with him, but I'm sure he'll achieve full resolution.

These guys are awful literal scammers. I went in with a misfire and a fuel issue, the misfire was fixed easily with a spark plug but the fuel problem was completely overlooked they made up a lie that it was a transmission issue which doesn’t even make sense. They also stole an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses out of my truck that were hanging on the sun visor. Long story short I changed the fuel pump myself in my schools parking deck which fixed the problem. Do not take you truck here for service these guys are awful and know nothing absolute scammers and now I’m out 250 bucks on oakleys.

Work was thorough. Quote was accurate. Job completed on time. Would visit again.

I found the lack of communication prior to my service to be very frustrating. I also found Lawrence to be rude and uncaring about his lack of communication. I will probably think twice before getting any work done at Woodies in the near future.

I had a horrible and expensive experience at Woodie's Auto Service. When I had the car in for service, someone at Woodie's dented it. They didn't tell me about it when I picked the car up even though it was right by the driver's door handle and no way they didn't see it (when I went to pick up the car they had it in the dimly lit bay with the door already open. Every other time my car was parked outside. Now I know why the car was inside and the door was already open). They never responded when I called to tell them so I got a quote to fix the damage from a reputable body shop. Woodie's refused to pay for it. They offered half. They wanted their "guy" to do the repair on the cheap. Probably the same guy someone complained about his poor workmanship to the Better Business Bureau (Raul C. 01/31/2024). I offered to let them negotiate directly with the body shop so maybe they could get a discount. I also offered to drop my car off at the body shop when I was going to be out of town so it would save them paying for my rental car. They still refused to pay the quoted amount. I had to pay for the damage Woodie's did to my car.

I don't take my Honda Pilot anywhere else. Knowledgeable and excellent service.

Power window repair - Saturn 2002. Fair pricing with quick turn-over and no pressure to do multiple additional things to vehicle. Inspected car and told overall good shape. Different story at prior mechanic that I switched from, I had been told to expect a lot of work to keep it in shape. As this was a glass item, I had made an appointment at Safelite for repair, entering car's information. After waiting 2 weeks for the appointment - learned that their computer system incapable of informing customer that do not have the part and that they expect the customer to bring the parts. So happy to see in a review that Woodie's does power window repairs. So successful repair and a warranty. Customer service - yes.
