Have been using Woodie's Midtown for a few years for this and that. They have always been courteous and helpful each time I was there. I just had a leaky tire issue that I wanted to get checked and they got me in. A tech looked at it a few times but could not find anything wrong. When I showed up to get the car, they didn't charge me even though their tech spent time working on the car. Some may say that is to be expected. I say it shows they are a class act and it's a way to win my return business. Thanks Woodies!

I brought my car in last minute when I thought it had leaked a fair amount of oil. They were up front with me about how long it might take to fit me in given their preexisting schedule and were able to stick to that schedule which I appreciated (I was in fact grateful to be fit in at all!). Sean was very helpful with checking me in and later calling to explain what was wrong with the car. The courtesy shuttle was also much appreciated and Theo went above and beyond in helping me transfer all the stuff I had in my car to my destination. All in all an excellent experience. Woodie’s is always helpful. I’ve taken my our GMC Acadia there for several years now. I had an oil light come on while in town the other day, so I called Woddie’s since I was in the area. They were able to top of my oil for free, and see if I saw a leak in the next several days. I did see a leak, and they’ll be seeing the vehicle in a couple days👍 Sean & the techs are always helpful and try to accommodate their customers. In Charlotte, they are the ones I trust the most when it comes to servicing vehicles, and always being honest with their customers👏👏

Well, this was my first visit after 20 years of Bobby...and his great service...and everything went smoothly- quick, efficient FAIR and great communication. I cannot count how many folks I have referred to Woodies- Midtown. the best.
