I’ve taken my 2006 Silverado to Woodie’s ever since I moved to Charlotte seven years ago. This most recent experience, my truck needed extensive work done to keep it going. The team at Woodie’s was communicative in explaining what was happening and what my options were. The service manager even went out of her way to make accommodations for my extenuating circumstances. The truck runs great now and I don’t anticipate need to have it fixed anytime soon but whenever I do I’m taking it right back to Woodie’s.

Hands down the best Auto Place!!! They were able to patch my tire which was flat and inspect my car the same day. They took the time to do a full car review and let me know the major issues that I need.

Woodies (on S. McDowell) has been my go-to for a while now. Knowledgeable technicians, on-target when they say the work will be done, friendly staff (thanks Katie!), and great prices (not always the cheapest as other reviewers have argued, but I believe you pay for what you get, which is excellent quality service at Woodies). But I was in a lurch trying to repair something small on my car myself where I stripped a screw and then sheared the extractor off inside the screw. They were able to get the screw out for me and get me on my way. They continue to win all of my engine repairs...top-notch techs and staff...
