Got my fuel injectors replaced for a decent price, and fast service!

Absolutely the staff is very friendly, clean environment, but on the other hand very disappointing. I was recommended to take my car to Woodie"s, so I did on 8/20/25 because service engine like came on, diagnostic was 2 of the solenoids valves had gone bad. Was told they could order the parts and fix it. Ok but I did my research on how long it would take and where were the valves located on my vehicle. My research was the valves is not at all hard to get to and it would take 1 hour or less. Woodie"s qave me a price of 803.01 and I knew from my research that was to much. So I called around was told absolutely to much, so I called my Father in Virginia cause he owns a auto repair shop, again absolutely the cost was to much. Was it because I am a woman or what i do understand every company has their own pricing, the price I was being charge for the valves my father got both valves for 1 price and yes they were top brand valves. Woodie's price 1 valve 133 other 137 diagnostic 150 labor 289 plus taxes, however I did not precede in letting them do the work, when I went to pick up my car I was charged 189 for the diagnostic, was told I would get a email receipt and as of 8/30 I have not receive one, if I have overlooked look it I do apologize. No hard feelings it is what it is and that is their pricing. My car is fixed and not for 803.01

I brought my car in for a new serpentine belt at 9am and Woodies had it done by 1 pm for a fair price. They did a full check of my car, fluids, brakes, alignment, ect. They drove me to and from their shop while my car was being worked on. I highly recommend this location for anyone living in the uptown/southend areas of Charlotte.

They broke something on my vehicle that was not broken prior with proof and basically said they didn't do it. Well who did it if my car is in your possession with YOUR mechanics. No accountability whatsoever. Then had the audacity to have a nasty and rude tone when telling me of their mistake! Stay away from this place! You've been warned.

Today i called Woodies because my car wouldn't start. I knew the problem was a blown fuse, but i didn't have any fuses with me and was having trouble identifying the fuse for the starter. Lawrence answered the phone. They had closed and he was in the process of closing up the shop. Since they are only a few blocks from where i was stuck, he offered to come by with a fuse and help me out. When he got there, he identified the fuse and replaced it. I offered to pay him for his time and going out of his way after hours. He refused. This just goes to show how great a garage Woodies is and a testament to the great people that work there. 5 starts to Lawrence. This is why i have been their customer for years.

Woodies is most definitely my preferred mechanic in charlotte. Not only is the experience always pleasant, but I always understand what I am paying for. The courtesy shuttle is one of my favorite aspects about using woodies. Excellent customer service is what they strive for and they exceed my expectations every time.
