Ok, I only had a tire patched. Still...they were quick, accurate with pricing, and very well organized. Would recommend to a friend/coworker (did today actually) and I would certainly go back based on my experience.

I had my tire patched here two Saturdays ago. I had a flat tire from a nail and couldn't get an appointment anywhere the same day until I called and spoke to the gentleman running the shop. At first he also told me the workload was already too much for the rest of the day but kindly worked me in if I could get it there ASAP. The service and pricing was great! Also, their waiting area is so much nicer than I've seen at any other local auto shops with a fully stocked fridge of water and sodas and a basket of snacks.

Bobby and the Midtown team are honest, quick, and provide an excellent customer experience! They evaluate and fix only what's necessary and ensure you have transportation to and from the shop. Couldn't ask for a better first experience, these guys know how to attract and retain customers.

Great service! Every time I have come here, everyone from inside the shop and the counter is very friendly. Great customer service and they do not make you feel pressured if they notice fluids need to be flushed. They recommend it and tell you when the best time to do it, but don't make you feel like it is life and death situation like some places will do. Will always keep coming back!

Great staff! Tom and Bobby are very helpful and informative! They always give you options on what is best for your pocketbook and your car. They have even educated my teenager daughter/driver on a few car maintenance tips. Thank you!

This is the BEST auto repair place I have experience in my 45 years of car ownership. CLEAN, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, TRUSTWORTHY. Nice waiting area with free drink choices. Free shuttle service. Cannot say enough.... take your car there!!

We have had our BMW serviced there a couple of times now and completely satisfied. Much lower cost than the dealership too! Had a low tire the other morning on the way in and the Indian Land team had me serviced, back on the road and to work on time. Highly recommend this location.
