Hands down best auto repair shop in Charlotte. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Tom on multiple occasions. They are responsive, transparent, and aren't afraid to go the extra mile. I have a 1994 Chevy Astro and during my most recent repair to the steering column Bobby made sure to do due diligence, using his relationships with parts dealer around Charlotte to help find the replacements that I would need. While Woodie's hadn't come across this specific problem with a 94' Astro before, they were able to take a deep dive for a reasonable diagnose fee. While it wasn't an easy task, Bobby and team got it done and I drove off the block with my fixed vehicle about 2 weeks later. Overall, the team was very transparent about both the work that they were performing on the vehicle as well as walking me through the step-by-step price for the labor performed. No complaints about pricing, very fair. You won't meet a more trustworthy team in Mecklenburg County!

I am very thankful to have been referred to see Tom at this Woodies location. After multiple costly failed repairs to my car at another auto shop I was at a loss of what to do. Tom had been a delight to work with from the moment I called in to make an appointment. It was such a relief to find someone whom you can trust to work on your car and trust with your safety. Woodie's is the most honest and affordable car repair shop I've ever been to. They never try to con me with extra "needed" repairs. In fact, I've gone there asking for certain dealer-recommended services to be performed only to be told, "No, you don't need that." They're friendly, reasonably priced, and offer a nice customer lounge with free drinks and snacks while you wait.

I went to Woodie’s at Midtown last year for an annual emissions inspection and was very pleased with my experience. Today I went back to have a flat tire replaced. Bobby and Tom provided excellent customer service. The waiting room is very pleasant, it has wifi and snacks. The shop looks organized and even the bathroom is clean. Great staff, quick service, happy customer.

After my first time, this is my new trusted mechanic shop in the Charlotte area. Tom and Bobby are extremely helpful and polite, the waiting room is comfortable and stocked with amenities, and the mechanics do an awesome job in a good amount of time (especially if you let them know you’re in a hurry). The prices were very reasonable and the employees are honest and kind.

Very pleased with my first experience at Woodie's Auto Service. Both Tom and Bobby patiently addressed my multitude of questions and concerns regarding the issue with my car, and were able to take my car without an appointment and resolve the issue within the same day. Overall, I recommend Woodie's for their excellent customer service and high quality work. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be back!

Bobby and everyone there were super helpful when I came in to get my tires checked! I didn’t know that I needed new tires and I had somewhere to be out of town the next day, they were so great in making sure everything was done quickly and rushed the service so that I could be safe for my trip. My husband and I always take our cars to this location because other places in the past are always quick to add on more things when they see a woman come in by herself. We trust the people at this location and always know we are in good hands.
