I have been in to this location multiple times now for both personal and corporate vehicles and never cease to be impressed by the kindness and genuine care shown by Bobby and Tom. They explain things well and give accurate timelines and expectations rather than just “what you want to hear” and then being frustrated with unmet deadlines. Highly recommend!!!

I am never taking my car to any other auto repair shop again. They could have price gouged me in multiple areas, and in-fact their competitors tried to, but because I had heard such good feedback from friends about Woodie's, I brought my car here. They were honest, up front, and even offered a discount to my friend who recommended them on their next transaction. Incredible business. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else.

The guys at Woodie’s we’re extremely helpful. They kept me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond making sure they helped me with my car problems. They were extremely thorough and explained every issue to me in ways I understood. The shuttle system was great and extremely helpful.

I am new to Charlotte and found Woodie's via a quick google search. I was in need of an oil change and called and spoke with Tom - couldn't have handled my situation any better. They're very busy (which is good) and I scheduled an oil change for a few days later, but Tom suggested I come into the shop so he could check my oil before I made a long road trip the next day. I stopped by, my oil was low, and Tom topped it off. He made sure I was good to go. He also gave my Dog a few treats! We'll be back Monday and for any auto service/repairs going forward. Happy to find a great local shop with good people! Thanks Tom.

The team at Woodie's was amazing to work with! They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, called to communicate additional service suggestions, and clearly communicated all pricing when presenting the options available. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service for an easy transportation option while your car is being worked on. Love this place!

They did an amazing job. If you have an issue with your vehicle, you should only go to Woodie's. Fast/excellent service and friendly staff.

UPDATE: Since I can't write a second review, I'll update mine. (May 2019): The guys at Woodies, especially Tom, are consistently polite, fast, and informative. I have dropped multiple cars off here multiple times, and have never been disappointed. The waiting room is nice and well stocked, the WiFi works nicely, and the service is great. Would recommend to a friend or family member. (December 2018): Quick, easy, polite, and informative. Would recommend them to a close friend or a stranger. The guys up front were especially cordial and informative regarding the analysis of my vehicle's battery issues.

From Ton and Bobby, to the mechanics, to Mr Slocumb- great conversation from a fellow Charlotte native while getting a ride to work- everything was handled in a friendly and professional way. I completely trust Woodies team. I’ve been a customer for about 16 years. .
