Both Bobby and Chris did a great job taking care of me and my needs today. Which, they consistenly do each and every time. One of the reasons why I continue to bring all of my cars to Woodie's Midtown is because they are not only experts, but they are honest, trustworthly and truly value my loyalty.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced are the 3 words that immediately come to mind when I talk to my friends about Woodie's. Having Woodie's close by in Dilworth doesn't hurt either!

I am never taking my car to any other auto repair shop again. They could have price gouged me in multiple areas, and in-fact their competitors tried to, but because I had heard such good feedback from friends about Woodie's, I brought my car here. They were honest, up front, and even offered a discount to my friend who recommended them on their next transaction. Incredible business. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else.

The guys at Woodie’s we’re extremely helpful. They kept me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond making sure they helped me with my car problems. They were extremely thorough and explained every issue to me in ways I understood. The shuttle system was great and extremely helpful.

I am new to Charlotte and found Woodie's via a quick google search. I was in need of an oil change and called and spoke with Tom - couldn't have handled my situation any better. They're very busy (which is good) and I scheduled an oil change for a few days later, but Tom suggested I come into the shop so he could check my oil before I made a long road trip the next day. I stopped by, my oil was low, and Tom topped it off. He made sure I was good to go. He also gave my Dog a few treats! We'll be back Monday and for any auto service/repairs going forward. Happy to find a great local shop with good people! Thanks Tom.
