The courtesy provided to me on August 28, 2019 at about 6:03pm with a flat tire it was very much appreciated. I was afraid that it was going to be too late, but the gentleman from the office came right up very welcoming willing to assist and technician gentleman (AS-12) he was so courteous and did a great job! Very rare in today's work place find a auto repair service that were willing to assist when they were almost ready to closed; I really was in a big need. I work in South End and my home is in Huntersville, it was going to be a long drive with a flat tire. I am so grateful and I really appreciated so such cordial and professional work.

I can not say enough about Bobby and the team at Woodies Midtown. We have trusted them to work on our cars since we moved to Dilworth, and they have literally watched our children grow up, get their drivers license and drive off to college all in cars that they service and take wonderful care of. They offer a special service and relationship that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Charlotte.

The folks at Woodie's go out of their way to give you a sense of being well taken care of as soon as you call them, and that sense is carried all the way through to taking your vehicle home once they've finished. Very friendly and very accommodating, and I loved that they have a shuttle service. I recently had a terrible experience with another national chain auto service's warranty, whereas Woodie's assured me that I would not be penalized for utilizing their warranty. I highly recommend them!

My trip to Woodies was by far the best Auto Service experience I have ever had. I was in a jam and needed to get my car serviced quickly. They fit me in and got it fixed the same day. In addition to that, they were the friendliest auto shop I’ve ever been to. Bobby, thanks for taking care of me and reminding me that goodwill still exists. I appreciate it more than you know!

Bobby and the team were wonderful! They were very courteous and did an excellent job with my car. They even went above and beyond and provided me with shuttle service to and from my apartment while my car was being worked on.
