We had an incredibly favorable experience with this location of Woodie’s just a few days ago. We recently moved into an Uptown apartment which uses an electronic magnetic sticker to access the parking garage. Without thinking, I placed the strip on the dash of my Honda Pilot and of course, the next time I went to use it, the strip and hang tag had fallen into the abyss between the windshield and the firewall. We tried everything we could think of to fish it out, with no luck. We stopped in at the Midtown location and not only were they friendly and accommodating, but Glen, one of their techs, had retrieved the tag in about 3 minutes, saving me a $250 replacement fee. These guys are my heroes!!!!!!! Please give them a call the next time your vehicle needs attention! Glen you’re the bomb!!!

I just moved to Charlotte from Texas, so when my car was acting up I was extremely stressed about finding a good place to take my car. A friend from Charlotte recommended me to take my car here and it was such a blessing! They were extremely reasonable and everyone I interacted with there was so kind. Both Bobby and Chris did a great job taking care of me and my needs today. Which, they consistenly do each and every time. One of the reasons why I continue to bring all of my cars to Woodie's Midtown is because they are not only experts, but they are honest, trustworthly and truly value my loyalty.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced are the 3 words that immediately come to mind when I talk to my friends about Woodie's. Having Woodie's close by in Dilworth doesn't hurt either!
