My wife and I are new to town, so when we got a nail in her new tire, we were concerned about being ripped off. I wasn’t happy that the nail was in the side wall and couldn’t be fixed. Tom and Bobby handled my frustration well. They got the new tire and had it mounted in a few hours. The price was less than I feared. Bobby even came out and made sure the job was done right before I left. Finding a good mechanic can be challenging, especially when you don’t know anyone in town. Woodies provides friendly, professional service at a good price. We’ll definitely be going back

For years I've used the dealership I bought my car from for all my maintenance and repairs. The last time I went for an oil change, I was told I had over $1,000 in repairs that were "urgent" and needed to be completed day of. Not pleased with the sales pitch, I went to get a second opinion down the road with a small repair shop. I was told something drastically different and was pitched to pay even more for other random "issues". I have kept great care of my car over the past few years and have been up to date with the manufacturer maintenance schedule. Frustrated, I jumped on Google Reviews to look for a third place to take my car in. After reading great things about this Woodies location, I gave the shop a call and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Tom and his team got my car in. They walked me through everything and were great with explaining what needed to be done. It was a simple repair and my car feels and sounds just as good as the day I bought it. I searched for about a month for the best deals, discounts, etc. but no coupon would've left me as satisfied as Tom and his staff. Great customer service, great pricing, and overall, a flat out great experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me an accurate amount of time it would take to complete the work. Called to update on the progress and provided additional services that could be done but cleared it with me before doing any of them. Highly recommend Woodies!

everyone was very friendly, however, I was charged $11.00 for a battery for my car fob, but it wasn't tested and didn't work. I think they should have tested it and if it didn't work, then put the battery back in the pack and not charge me for it. I know it's only $11, but I work hard for my money, like you all do. With that, I look forward to future business with you and look forward to receiving the quote for two tires from you.
