Bobby and Tom are fantastic; and I have been going to woodies since 2003 (or earlier?). This visit Chris was my mechanic: they squeezed me in, discovered a small but potentially BAD prob,em, and fixed it the same day. I have trusted them with SIX vehicles, and referred many friends and colleagues. This location is close to the hospitals and the courier service is great. I trust them completely.

Bobby and Tom take the best care of their customers. Always friendly, helpful, smiling. I trust them and the team of mechanics with my car and I've recommended countless friends and coworkers to them over the years.

Woodies is the best in the business! My husband was a registered mechanic in college and when we moved to Charlotte in 1987 he chose to do business with the Woodie family because they are honest and trustworthy. As a non mechanic it important to me to know they are not taking advantage and/or over charging. Woodies is family owned an operated by a local family, so I like the personal contact and know they will answer for the work. We are very happy customers that Woodies keeps rolling.

My battery died at a nearby car wash. I was able to get a jump start and drive to Woodies. I called on the way. They were fully booked but squeezed me in and had me out quickly. Great service, as always!!

Took my car for an inspection over a year ago since Midtown location is close to work and I have been bringing my car here ever since! It's a little pricey but not too bad compared to other service providers. The work is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Every repair and charge is always completely reviewed and explained so there is never ANY hidden charges or expenses. They really are a great staff and I highly recommend giving them a try!
