Highly recommend!! Had the most wonderful experience with Woodie's. They are very knowledgeable, competitively priced, and efficient. Bobby was my service advisor and he was so kind and gracious throughout the entire process. I am new to the city and as someone who doesn't know very much about cars, I was worried that someone was going to take advantage of the situation - but not Bobby, he treated me like his own daughter. He was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely go back for all of my future auto needs, 5 stars for Woodie's!

Great customer service!

I was stranded just before the rush hour was about to start, and I was trying to get out of town for the weekend. I called Woodie's, and they told me to leave my key in an agreed upon hidden spot and they would send a tow truck for it. Thirty minutes later they called to inform me they had my car. They kept me informed along the way, and were very friendly during the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bobby and Tom are fantastic; and I have been going to woodies since 2003 (or earlier?). This visit Chris was my mechanic: they squeezed me in, discovered a small but potentially BAD prob,em, and fixed it the same day. I have trusted them with SIX vehicles, and referred many friends and colleagues. This location is close to the hospitals and the courier service is great. I trust them completely.

Woodies is the best in the business! My husband was a registered mechanic in college and when we moved to Charlotte in 1987 he chose to do business with the Woodie family because they are honest and trustworthy. As a non mechanic it important to me to know they are not taking advantage and/or over charging. Woodies is family owned an operated by a local family, so I like the personal contact and know they will answer for the work. We are very happy customers that Woodies keeps rolling.
