I called Woodies for an appointment and they were able to get me in at their McDowell location within a few days. My check engine light was on. I dropped my car off and was driven to work by their complimentary shuttle service. The driver was very nice and picked me up that afternoon when my vehicle was ready. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks if you decide to wait for your car on site. They diagnosed and fixed the problem contacting me by phone through the day with updates. Great experience and I will be back!

Woodie's is excellent. I had been searching for a reliable place to take my car in the Charlotte area and Woodie's was exactly what I was looking for. They took care of my car and went above and beyond the level of service I was looking for. I had been told I needed various services done to my car and they were very transparent about things I needed vs things I didn't need. I plan to continue to take my car here for service & maintenance because they have my trust!

I hate taking my car places because I always feel like I am being taken advantage of BUT NOT HERE! Several times, I have gone thinking I needed work done and they have suggested a less expensive alternative or told me it could last me longer Would 100% suggest them, especially to anyone who may not be that car savvy

The Woodie's Midtown staff went above and beyond with my oil change, brake fluid exchange, tire rotation, and inspection appointment. They scheduled it within one business day of my inquiry and completed maitenance as expected. I was able to pick the vehicle up despite a pretty significant local power outage at the time. Great service!
