Exceptional customer service from the moment I called to inquire about brining my car in to the drop off and pick. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and informative. The work was efficient and very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Woodies was tremendous. Went to Midtown location near my home, needed to find trusty worthy place for regular maintenance and preventative care. The folks at Woodies are kind, professional and honest - great group of people who do an awesome job. Have a regular customer in me now.

Hard to find parking and a bit confusing because of all the construction around it. They did a great job w my daughter's car.

I have lived in Charlotte for 25+ years and since I do most of my own car maintenance, I had never been to a Woodie's. Of course, I have heard the ads on the radio and I have seen them grow over time, so, I figured they must be doing something right. The other night, while my daughter and I were working on her car, my wife pulled into the garage and our 2015 Durango was spewing coolant. I knew it was the water pump and needed to get it fixed quickly. The next morning I called the Midtown Woodie's around 7 AM. I spoke with Bobby, and he told me they could take a look that morning (already a good sign). We dropped it off around 8 AM, and that is when I met Bobby and immediately felt good about the decision. The shop was clean and organized, and Bobby assured me that they would take care of us that day. Oh, and that the water pump repair would have a 3 year warranty, (a clear indication of the confidence in their work). Sure enough, by 2 PM, I got the call and the car was fixed and ready for pickup. The great communication, kind staff, and a fair price has made me a new Woodie's customer!
