I was a little early for my drop off but they jumped right on it. The shuttle driver was very professional and friendly and took me straight to work. I received a phone call later in the day with status and letting me know about some recommended services, which I declined at the time... But will let them perform at a later date. They were very friendly, fair, honest and well priced. I highly recommend Woodies for all your car repair needs.

👏👏👍Excellent Staff, and excellent Service. They have performed several services and repairs for my GMC Acadia. Their prices and value is much better than the dealer I used to go to, and the quality of work is often better. They also provide a shuttle ride to and from when dropping off or picking up your car. Overall A+ Service !

Good price for the service, friendly guys in there. Only took one star off because I had to wait an entire day for just an oil change, and it was a bit difficult to actually talk to the mechanic who worked on my car to get the skinny on what shape it's in and what to keep an eye on. Other than those small things, I'll be returning to these guys for anything I need in the future. In my book 4 stars is pretty darn good for any business, so they've got my money for now.

I called Woodies for an appointment and they were able to get me in at their McDowell location within a few days. My check engine light was on. I dropped my car off and was driven to work by their complimentary shuttle service. The driver was very nice and picked me up that afternoon when my vehicle was ready. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks if you decide to wait for your car on site. They diagnosed and fixed the problem contacting me by phone through the day with updates. Great experience and I will be back!

Woodie's is excellent. I had been searching for a reliable place to take my car in the Charlotte area and Woodie's was exactly what I was looking for. They took care of my car and went above and beyond the level of service I was looking for. I had been told I needed various services done to my car and they were very transparent about things I needed vs things I didn't need. I plan to continue to take my car here for service & maintenance because they have my trust!
