I had an oil leak and was unable to determine the cause and location of the leak. After some research I saw that Woodie’s had good reviews, so I opted to give them a call. I spoke to Matt and explained the issue. Matt was friendly and patient, allowing me to complete my explanation and thought process without interrupting. Which is surprisingly rare in customer service these days. Upon arrival at Woodie’s I was greeted by Jeff and Matt. Both were friendly and very easy to talk to. Matt explained the process of what they will go through to find the source of the leak. During the explanation, I remembered that my check engine light was on too. Side note: I noticed they had a clean waiting area for customers stocked with coffee K cups, soda, and bottles water. After identifying the issues(Engine oil cooler(Oil leak)and thermostat(check engine light), I received a call from Matt. He talked me through the issues, his recommendations, and the price to resolve the issues. I got the the feeling that Matt must been a mechanic before being a service advisor. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not appear to be just repeating what someone else said. I was able to get my vehicle repaired and back to normal in a day. I am happy with the customer service and quality of work i received from Woodie’s. As part of the work completed on my vehicle, I received a text of the 28 point vehicle inspection. Fortunately no immediate issues were found as part of the inspection but Matt and Johnny(manager) took the time explain what could be a priority to fix in the future; I didn’t feel any pressure to make any decisions at that time. I had a great experience and I will go back to Woodie’S in Matthews for my future car repairs.

It was a cold chilly evening as I was getting ready to Uber drive a few hrs, before realizing on the last minute my headlights were completely out! 😨 In this weather and during the holidays, I was ready to endure the SOL life until after and will just have to make due driving during daylight hrs However, things took a faithful turn after I made a stop at Woodies Auto Service. It was in their last hr before closing but I thought I have nothing to lose. John and his team took my car in, assessed what was going on replaced those beamers seamlessly! Huge shout out to Matt for escorting us to the nearby auto parts shop to pick up the bulbs. Everyone went above and beyond and I'm forever grateful! Definitely counting on Woodies Auto Service and Repairs for futurerepairs. Thank you! Happy Holidays! 22'-23'

Matt and Jeff were so helpful and as senior citizen and native of Charlotte I have been to a lot of shops. My 2005 Subaru Baja has 197,000 miles and the repairs were great. I will not use any other repair shop except Woodies.

Excellent service. I needed a State Inspection. Called for a time and was done in half an hour.

Great experience. You can tell they care about the customer beyond the repair. I took my daughters 2105 RAV4 for brakes and brake fluid flush. They conducted a full inspection and advised that only the front brakes were required at this time. They sent me a text with a link to the inspection report with photos of everything prior to commencing work. Honestly a better experience than any dealership service department or independent garage in the area. It's refreshing to work with a company that gets how to do it right. The facilities are spotless and they offer a shuttle service. In the end the final bill came in below the estimate. Honesty and Customer Service. I will be back for any future repairs.
