Have to leave this out here. No issues with service apart from the delay but the significant change in pricing of a simple tire repair from the time of quote to final invoice is simply unacceptable. And when confronted on this higher invoice, they tried to act as if I misheard the quote. And I know the pricing was well inflated as the same tire retails for a much lower price. Found the overall exchange with them very unethical

I was skeptical going here. I had heard negative stories but it’s hard to find an place on a Saturday that does inspections. They did an oil change and car check up too! was very pleased with the service and the staff were very friendly. Taking your car to the shop is always a bit of a nail biter $$$ but I did not feel scammed into believing something was wrong with my car !!! Thank you Woodies you are now my new neighborhood garage !!!

Woodie’s is BY FAR the best auto repair in the Charlotte area. Fast service, friendly staff, clean waiting rooms usually with free snacks. I have used the one in Ballantyne many times, but now this one is significantly closer. I have had great experiences at both locations.

Great service. I dealt with Jeff, Matt, and Mr Ed. And all three were extremely helpful. I left a happy customer. Definitely would come again. I recommend checking them out if you need something done with your car.

I got a flat late last night and went by the shop this morning to try to get it fixed without an appointment. Bryan helped us and let us know they have been short staffed and are backed up. He heard us out that we were going out of town this evening and he and the guys working got us in an got the tire replaced. Cannot thank Bryan and co. enough for helping us.
