Undisclosed charge of $52 to arrive at near $800 charge to replace spark plugs on Chevy.

Their business practices raise questions regarding their ethics. Not my best experience at a mechanics. They said I needed an oil change when I had just completed one 2 weeks ago? Very suspicious.

GO HERE FOR YOUR SERVICE NEEDS!!! I’m from 3 counties away and needed an emergency tire repair. Brian Biggers (manager) looked at it… took care of my tire. Being a female alone in a shop, I felt comfortable and was more than pleased with the service!! I would give 10 stars if possible!

A waste of time, no attention to detail, when you resort to lying to a customer thats a deal breaker, find another shop other than this one.

Matt is fantastic. He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, which, in my case, means diving into the underlying physics and engineering because I’m a nerd. He was more than happy to oblige, which is why this is the only place I will bring my family’s vehicles.

10/10 recommend, I had an issue with my power steering and I called to check availability and they told me to come right in. Once I arrived they took my information and got my car right in to be inspected and once they found the issue, DJ explained to me as well as showed me what was going on and that was so refreshing to have that provided, especially as a woman at a car shop lol I would talk cars with DJ all day long, thank you so much for all of your help!

The customer service is great but the prices are high because they honor a three year warranty with parts and labor which is unheard of these days.

These guys seem great. First company ever to offer me a ride home. I’ve never experienced something like it.

Stopped by with the screw in my tire. Matt was awesome. He pulled it and showed me that it wasn’t puncturing my tire and so didn’t need to replace it. No charge! I bought these tires at Toyota, but will be coming to woodies the next round. Thanks!
