The customer service is great but the prices are high because they honor a three year warranty with parts and labor which is unheard of these days.

These guys seem great. First company ever to offer me a ride home. I’ve never experienced something like it.

Stopped by with the screw in my tire. Matt was awesome. He pulled it and showed me that it wasn’t puncturing my tire and so didn’t need to replace it. No charge! I bought these tires at Toyota, but will be coming to woodies the next round. Thanks!

I dropped my car off for a whole day just for them to do absolutely nothing! If you can find some other place to go I would. Not professional at all. It was such a disappointment. Don’t let the good reviews fool you like I did.

No help, stuck on the phone for 20 minutes with someone that can’t give me a quote on labor hours? Then tells me no warranty if I bring my own part, then tells me they can’t install customer parts.. which is it? Wouldn’t recommend, just trying to take your money, and he did everything to try to get me to bring in my car, and charge me for a bunch of other stuff, just needed a ball park quote but I guess they don’t know how to use computers, thanks for nothing

I’m here to rave about another location of Woodies . The Matthews location is just as good as the Carmel shop.

Again, today, Matt & Johnny at the Matthews location were extremely helpful to me in fixing my auto ignition key problem for my Civic. I needed to replace a broken key fob and replace it's battery. A screw could not be removed. Scott Clark personnel said the key couldn't be fixed but they could get me a new key for about $300. I'm glad I went to Woodie's for a second opinion. I have been very pleased with my service at this location for several years. They care and do a very good job. Ed Ihnot
