Woodie’s is BY FAR the best auto repair in the Charlotte area. Fast service, friendly staff, clean waiting rooms usually with free snacks. I have used the one in Ballantyne many times, but now this one is significantly closer. I have had great experiences at both locations.

Great service. I dealt with Jeff, Matt, and Mr Ed. And all three were extremely helpful. I left a happy customer. Definitely would come again. I recommend checking them out if you need something done with your car.

I got a flat late last night and went by the shop this morning to try to get it fixed without an appointment. Bryan helped us and let us know they have been short staffed and are backed up. He heard us out that we were going out of town this evening and he and the guys working got us in an got the tire replaced. Cannot thank Bryan and co. enough for helping us.

I had a hole in my tire and just did make it to Woodie's on Monroe Road. Johnny went out, in the rain, to look at the tire and I asked if I had a spare. Johnny went above and beyond to help me out. So I will give Johnny, Matt and Jeff 10+ stars. Thanks for helping me out and you are appreciated.

Woodie's is absolutely better than dealership prices and they go by the manufacturer maintenance schedule recommendations. I love this place and absolutely recommended it. Appointment are fast as well.
