I was taking my 90 yr old grandma shopping. Her car started making a rattling/screeching noise out of no where. I called firehouse they said it would be next week before he could look at it. I know I was asking for a lot. Having someone drop what their doing for 5 mins. I couldn't leave the car and I was worried about making it home safe with her. The gentleman said let me listen to it and see if I see something. He listened and then a gentleman working on another car saw a wire in tangle. Something so simple. It just took them 5 mins and I am soo grateful. Most places wouldn't have done that like Firestone. I was literally across the street from them.

The worst experience in over 50 years of driving. Totally botched! We caught them in several lies. They did not coordinate the repairs - which our warranty told us would be covered- properly with our warranty company so the entire cost was declined. When we did go get the car, immediately leaving the parking lot dashboard lights warned of system failures. We turned around and went back. We were told there were still electrical programming issues and they needed a trained programmer to fix it. The car has now been there 4 weeks. Total incompetence. Clueless. Have yet to evfix the problems and they lied to us and performed unauthorized repairs at our expense. STAY AWAY!! Please share with others.
