First-class service! While driving on I-77, I noticed the temperature gauge begin to rise. I pulled off and into the Woodies here in Huntersville. In the lobby, I explained my issue, and after hearing what I said, Cory Mullis jumped up and said, "let's go take a look." We were on our way after adding some coolant in the parking lot. You just don't get service like that anywhere these days, and Cory, you made a Woodie's customer out of us! Managers, please hold on to this guy!

My first visit to a Woodie's, I stopped in to their Huntersville location for a state inspection recently & everyone I spoke with was very cordial & hospitable. The facility was clean & their Customer lounge offered several amenities. Despite being shorthanded this day they still worked me in to rotation quickly. The process was seamless & easy. I definitely recommend this location.

Took my car the whole day for a tire puncture but wasn't fixed by the end of the date.

They did not take advantage of a stranded out of towner! My car was making noises and I had a 2.5 hour drive home, at 3:30 pm. They got me in and checked it out, making sure I was safe to drive home. They sent me home with a list of things to look at for my home mechanic, but didn’t try and make me fix anything. Honest and friendly! Highly recommend! (And I got home just fine.)

The lady at the front desk was rude and couldn’t answer any of our questions. We were the only people there and all the workers were just outside talking and smoking. We sat in the waiting room for an hour, and no one updated us on anything. They still hadn’t even taken my car back yet and I had somewhere I had to be so I just took my keys back and went to valvoline instead. I understand that sometimes car places take a long time, but we had an appointment so we should not have been waiting there for them to even take my car when no one else was even there. It was just a simple oil change.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! This team really knows what they're doing! They always have very high caliber cars in their shop, and yet they treat my 2016 Tiguan with the same respect. As a single woman, I really appreciate how they talk to me and interact with me. They make sure I understand what's wrong and what needs repaired. They are never condescending or pushy. Really solid team! Cannot recommend highly enough. 6/5 stars!!!

The undercarriage cover, or splash guard was broken on my Honda Civic. I asked them to fix it. They charged me $75 to add zip ties to it. This does NOT fix my problem. I could have zip tied it myself and now for the last year, I have the privilege of shimming under my car every few months to reapply more zip ties. Thanks for taking my money, not listening to me, and not fixing my problem on my car.
