My name is Deamonte white I work in the Security industry. I would like to say that I am very pleased with this Woodies location. They are phenomenal, special shout out to Carl and Jared. The best mechanics that ever walked the face of the Earth. They currently have my black Dodge charger and have been working with me To get it back up and going with engine replacement. These guys are polite, kind awesome and they make you feel right at home. So tell your friends and your family if you want good service, bring your car to Woodies at Huntersville

I have sent both of my parents here for the vehicles in the last couple of weeks. Both have had a terrible experience. A simple state inspection took them 3 different appointments before they had a qualified technician to run the report, to make matters worse they never rescheduled. My mom went to have her tire replaced and it has taken them days to get her tire. She got there today to pick up the car and they mounted someone else’s new tire! Thank goodness she noticed before she drove off. I would not recommend this shop for much if anything now. Location, maybe? But save yourself the back and forth.

These guys are sharp, friendly, tell the truth and have my business for life!

I unfortunately had my alternator go out while visiting from out of town. As I was scheduled to leave the next day, Corey was super helpful and was able to get my car in and serviced sameday, all within a few hours! Being able to get the work done so quickly really did help turn my day around!

I was traveling for business out of the country and dropped off my car for a wheel alignment. I chose to bring the car because it’s within walking distance to my home and some good reviews from others. Honestly this was not a good experience at all, my wife picked up the car for and parked the car inside our garage. When I got home from my business trip drove the car to work only to feel strong vibrations from driving, come to find out when I parked it inside my garage 3 of the wheel lug nuts were not tight at all on one of the rear tires, it was just hand tightened and not even all the way. Lucky for me I decide to drive the car locally that day. Brought back to the shop to show the supervisor there. Of course they tightened the lug nuts and checked the rest. Since this was my first time bringing the car in to Woodies, it most certainly was my last. So they would not be earning my business at all. Winston Gonzalez

Huntersville, specifically Chris, was great to work with! I’m in fort mill, trying to buy a car there in Huntersville and wanted it checked out by a mechanic first. They were great, owner was able to drop car off same day, I got a call at finish, I was able to pay online ; everything done without me having to even be there. Thank you for accommodating a buyer from out of town . Appreciate it!

Appreciate the honesty and skill at this local business. Straight forward and doesn’t push extras on you. They take time to talk through options and help with decision making. Shuttle rides are available.

Chris and Chad went above and beyond to help with my car issues...they spent 2 hours with me with no gaslighting, no gimmicks, and no ridiculous monetary estimates!
