This place is beyond amazing. The level of effort and reports you get for prepurchase inspection is beyond anything any company does. I truly appreciated it. Corey helped me out a lot and the work the technician did was beyond expectations. They even had a full report they emailed me and took extra time to make sure they found every single issue both good/bad with the truck. I will only go to Woody's from now on for everything. Hands down best service I've seen in Charlotte. No BS. Thanks.

Came in today 5/10/25 around 8am to discuss a front brake pad need for my company work van (1 of 3). The service advisor seemed uninterested and quite frankly acted as if he didn't want to be at work this morning. The only reason I chose to give Woodies a shot was due to the close proximity to my office. This advisor missed the mark and is not a good representation for any business that's looking to make a great 1st impression.

Took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Karl and his team were able to take me in on short notice. The performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and offered some helpful advise. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable.

We were on our way home to Canada from Florida recently and experienced a problem with our vehicle. Thankfully we were in the right place to find Woodie’s Garage. They immediately diagnosed our issue ( brakes) and fixed them within a few hours. What could have been a very unpleasant problem, was an efficient, kind and professional experience. We were treated extremely well by Chris our service manager and Kyle our technician took photos of all the vehicles issues and explained the work needed. Thanks to the whole team at Woodie’s….best garage ever!
