Cars are definitely not my forté - w my husbands recent passing, car mishaps have left me feeling nervous.. .Feeling the escalation of yesterdays stress in regards to daughters car issue was quickly de- escalated by Kevin, who was able to accommodate us quickly, in getting the repairs needed before traveling back to school. Checking out w Pete was also quick and easy; detailing info needed… many Good thanks to ALL the face(s)in the back bay, unseen who worked on the car !! True heroes yesterday- Thanks for helping us in a timely and quick manner.

I took my car to Woodies for a major repair. The price was much better than the dealer. Pete and crew at the Ballantyne location were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need any more repair but will return if I do.
