Just wow. So incredibly rude. I should have read the reviews, but I just needed an inspection, so I figured "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I called ahead and told them that I needed a ride back home once I dropped off my car because I had a tight day and a scheduled meeting. They said no problem. When I got there the shuttle driver was out on a run so I waited a minute, which turned into 20. Now, they know where this guy is on GPS, so if he wasn't going to be back they could have told me when I checked in. When I got agitated that I was now missing my meeting I asked where the best place was to wait for the driver. They told me to go ahead and take my keys/car and not to ever come back. Ever? Spread the word.
Erin, this is truly disappointing to hear. We strive to provide excellent service and apologize for falling short. We should have communicated better and handled the situation differently.
