Fair and dependable service

I dropped off my SUV for a brake light issue. I didn't have an appointment but Brandon was very helpful and told me to drop the vehicle off and they would make sure to squeeze it in during the day. He called me back a few hours later and explained that the pads were good and that it was a sensor. The sensor was less expensive than the pads would have been. He was very honest throughout the whole process. The car was finished by the end of the day. Everything was great and the whole experience was positive. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and Brandon was particularly helpful.

The rear door of my Lexus SUV would not stay up and open, so they replaced the struts on the door and now it works fine.

I've used this location for routine maintenance and inspection; and purchased 4 new tires here in February. I am so pleased with all the services here! They are low pressure sales and customer focused. I was encouraged to compare their tire prices with the market before buying. They also told me about a rebate offer that would lower the cost of tire replacement. The coutesy shuttle service is convenient and simplifies dropping off my car for service. As a single woman I really appreciate the transparency around every transaction and low pressure approach. I feel confident that I'm getting great service for my car at Woodies at a fair price.

Good Communication. The Ballantyne location was able to secure the tires and price processed for my Hyundai in my online quote via Woodies website. Also the quote was not increased once I arrived. They provided a detailed list of items needing attention, and did not push me to have the work done. We all know the "clipboard" experience, and I appreciate not being pressured to do work that did not need immediate attention. Will bring my Rav4 there for tires ....
