Hands downs. Impeccable service. I have a 2015 GLE MERCEDES so of course I had some hesitation, but Woodies always come through for me!! This was my second time using them for some major repairs on my SUV, and they always deliver excellent service. I feel absolutely confident in their workmanship. BTW- I am a woman who’s constantly in fear that I will be taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars… Woodies has always assured me that they are fully capable of taking care of my car needs and at a more affordable price than the Mercedes dealership. Trust me, take your car here, you won’t be disappointed.

I am unhappy with them not providing an update when the car was not ready for pickup at the ETA of 5pm. When I called back at six, they already left even though their hours on their website state they are open till 7. Given the amount of money we had to spend in repairs, it’s inconsiderate to not call back with an update. The lack of communication at the end of the day is unacceptable and I hope they will improve that part of the process. Perhaps review all outstanding repairs for the day and call each one to give an update on delays. This would be key. And as other reviews stated I am skeptical as to the various issues we had the past few times. And will be trying another spot.

Just wow. So incredibly rude. I should have read the reviews, but I just needed an inspection, so I figured "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I called ahead and told them that I needed a ride back home once I dropped off my car because I had a tight day and a scheduled meeting. They said no problem. When I got there the shuttle driver was out on a run so I waited a minute, which turned into 20. Now, they know where this guy is on GPS, so if he wasn't going to be back they could have told me when I checked in. When I got agitated that I was now missing my meeting I asked where the best place was to wait for the driver. They told me to go ahead and take my keys/car and not to ever come back. Ever? Spread the word.
