Updating my review to 1 star, very poor communication, spent more than 2500$ and the issue is still not fixed . When I called today to ask status of my car they said they are yet to check and it will not be checked for next 3 days , then what is the point of leaving my car with you guys if it cannot be checked for next 3 days ?

Very good/cordial service. Detailed report provided in advance. Advisor made recommendations without being pushy to sell. Very fair price.

Don’t go to this place. Salesmen are just that - selling you on services that are “recommended” by the car manufacturer, not what the actual technician recommends. Also filled my tires up with air, however no one asked me and still charged $19.99? I have nitrogen filled tires, but did they ask? Nope. This place is in an upper class side of town, so if you are looking for an easy place to spend money - this is the place for you!

I woke up and started my day with a flat tire, luckily Woodie's is close by so I limped over there. I dropped the car off with them and they patched my tire up. I didn't have an appointment or anything so I expected it to take a while, and they did call me to let me know about other recommended services but I just wanted the tire. They were also kind enough to drive me back to my apartment. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Very professional establishment. A bit on the pricier side (I had gone to a Walmart that patched me up for $15) and that's the only reason I docked a star. But seriously friendly group of people, and good service.
