All services performed well. However they need to be more informative with what the time process is and that they cannot accommodate your willingness to wait for the service to be conducted. They have closed off the "Customer Waiting Area" but do not inform you of this.

Had my window replaced in my Honda here last week! Noticed it rattled a little bit afterward, so I called and they got me in the next day to fix it. Patrick is a very kind manager and made sure everything was working 100%. I’ve taken my car to a few other places around Charlotte and had poor experiences, but I would definitely take my car back here!

Time to find someone else. Oil change on a pickup was $109 and they love giving a laundry list of things to repair for thousands of dollars.

Great experience from the first call to payment. Received a very detailed analysis of my car. They went through all the details and were not pushy at all. Answered all questions. Gave me estimates for all work needed, prioritized them for me and explained why the given priority. Excellent customer service!
