Great service. They gave me a ride home right to my driveway. Kept in touch with me about the repairs and the price was completely reasonable. I told them to fix everything they found. He came across something he said there was an issue but this one would be covered under warranty so take it to the dealership. He could have easily taken my money but he gave me solid honest advice. I will be back.

AC was not working and needed new evaporator. Eagle did it right and timely keeping cost to a minimum. Have waited two weeks to be sure all remained well. They are the real deal not a shop that takes advantage of people. Highly recommend them!

The service was friendly, quick, and good. Any concerns I had were solved quite effectively.

I was scheduled, on short notice, to drop off my car for an oil change. Other establishments required prescheduling and those appointments were incompatible with my professional schedule. The gentleman on duty addressed me by name. I, therefore, did not need to explain why I was there that evening. He was the perfect mix very respectful and jovial during our interactions. When I attempted to use a coupon I had received in the mail, that coupon was for a different type of motor oil than normally used in my car, but they still attempted to apply said coupon to my service that day. I did have to return the day after picking up my vehicle to have the "oil life" gauge reset, but the employees on duty that day researched how to do so and had me on my way quickly and at no charge. All thing considered, this was a very positive experience.

5 stars isn’t nearly enough for this place. Getting a flat tire sucks. It definitely derailed my day. These guys literally went above and beyond to get me back on the road. My tire isn’t a size you can just walk in and buy. I found the tire in Matthews (next town over). They actually drove me (in their personal vehicle) to inspect the tire, pick it up, and installed it for me. I got a chance to have some great conversations with Dana. What a high quality human being. Not only is he super knowledgeable and helpful - you will immediately get the vibe that he finds real genuine joy out of being at your service and getting you back on the road. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I highly recommend these guys.
