Huge waste of time and buyer beware. Dropped vehicle off the day before the appointment, but they did not even look at the vehicle until two days AFTER the scheduled appointment. Staff gave wild excuses as to why the vehicle wasn't even looked at yet every morning and evening when I called in. Staff lost vehicle keys accounting for one of those extra days. Gave up and told them to have the vehicle ready for pickup. Vehicle was not ready for pickup upon arrival and the staff instead provided an estimate for repairs. We insisted on taking the vehicle elsewhere and the estimate was more than double what we eventually paid elsewhere for the repair. Not a good experience.
