It actually makes me sad to post this review because I had been bringing my car to Woodies for the last year for all my car service and maintenance needs. Karl has always been very honest and professional. Unfortunately, I think they have some new staff that made my past experience horrible. I made an over the phone appointment a week in advance to get my back breaks done, oil change, tire rotation, and to fix 2 of my tire gauges that haven't been working properly. I dropped my car off at 8am and the guy working the front desk looked at me like I had 6 heads when I told him I made an appointment. He had to take down my information 3 times before he got it correct. I called them around 3pm and they told me they JUST got my car into the shop to work on. At 5:30pm they called me and told me I needed both sets of breaks replaced and it would be around $1200. I was upset because the appointment I made was to go on ahead and do the back breaks. I finally just told them I was going to get my vehicle and I wanted a quote for both sets of breaks. The guy on the phone told me $1200 and they couldn't give me a paper quote until I had my breaks checked?!?! Made absolutely no sense. I went to get my car and the guy in the shop also wouldn't give me a paper quote and told me it would be about $1,000... shady. I paid for my oil change and tire rotation (they had my car for 9 hours) and left. I got in my car and my tire sensors were still not working either. I will never go back, absolutely no point in making an appointment.
