Overcharged me 700 dollars to get my water pump replaced and then never changed the thermostat. Had 3 other reputable mechanics confirm the rate was outrageous and that the thermostat should have also been changed because they replaced the water pump and radiator hose. They also told me I needed an oil change when I just had one, and said I needed to replace the oil gasket and spark plugs. The other mechanics told me the spark plugs were fine and I never needed to replace the gasket. The oil change I have no clue why they recommended that maybe they confused me with another car. The manager argued with me about it so now I’m having to call corporate. No resolution.

I dropped my car off for a whole day just for them to do absolutely nothing! If you can find some other place to go I would. Not professional at all. It was such a disappointment. Don’t let the good reviews fool you like I did.

I've been taking my car to Woodie's off and on for 20 years now. They always shoot me straight and go above and beyond. Woodies Mint Hill is my current spot for anything related to my car.

I've used many Land Rover dealerships over the years and their service is terrible. I needed some work done in the Charlotte area and was able to find Woodies which was fantastic. I mean really really good. My only request is for Woodies to move south towards Hilton Head/Savannah. Would be a guaranteed success.

Good experience,took a little longer to be serviced but the waiting area and snacks available made up for it.

Had the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any automotive shop. So kind, understanding, and though they were thorough it was a quick fix. The hospitality was beyond general expectations. 10/10 recommend.

My engine light when on and I needed an oil change because they check why my engine light was on last! They told me my car needed a whole new engine and they still had done the oil change so I’m out a car and they still made me pay for a oil change on a car that’s is now junk. I brought this attention to the manager and he was very rude I wouldn’t recommend here at all they will charge you an arm and a leg to tell you you car is not worth fixing!!!!!!
