Well, this was my first visit after 20 years of Bobby...and his great service...and everything went smoothly- quick, efficient FAIR and great communication. I cannot count how many folks I have referred to Woodies- Midtown. the best.

I love Woodies. I use to go to the one on Carmel road but moved closed to the Indian Land location and I must say this is hands down the best auto repair shop I've been to. Excellent customer services and they DO NOT UPCHARGE!!! They will call you before they do anything and ask if it's something you want them to do. I had an A/C issue and thought well this is going to cost 1500.00. It wasn't even close to that price it was a third less!!! Not to mention I had an oil change and tires rotated and balanced. If I could remember everyone name I would add them on here but I worked with Austin and he was the best however everyone is super friendly and professional. They really do care about the customer. I will be a life time customer. Thank you Woodies!!

Analyzed check engine codes and replaced O2 sensor and catalytic converter.

I was in deep trouble with a Tesla with a damaged tire with no spare.I called Woodie's .They arranged a tow and put on a new tire within 3 hours ! They have an excellent reputation but they are even BETTER !!

New to town, husband traveling and I walk out to run errands and find one of my car tires is nearly flat. I am able to air the tire back up, but know that I probably have a nail from the construction at our home. I call Woodies, Jeff answers and I explain the situation to which he says to come on up to the shop. I arrive shortly after our phone conversation and with a smile and no hesitation or waiting, Jeff has my car in a bay and is plugging my tire. Our family just recently moved from a small town in South Carolina and I was accustomed to good customer service but to be honest, did not really expect the wholesome, genuine care I received from Jeff at Woodies; especially in a city the size of Charlotte. In fact, the treatment and respect i received reminds me of old school services stations; Jeff thank you for the great service, kindness and exceptional welcome to the area. i know the plug will suffice in the interim, but I can assure you, when we need new tires or anything for our vehicles, we won't be going anywhere else but Woodies on Charlottetowne Ave.
