The leadership of this store is amazing terrible. I’m not talking about store managers but district management. I was there for 2 weeks and I was let go from a customer complaint that was totally false and untrue. But did management follow up with this, no they told my store manager to let me go over the phone that night. Since that night I’ve been calling my district manager and he won’t answer because I was told he can’t handle confrontations “coward”. So Monday I got a phone call from the store manager saying it would be easier on them to just pay me a money order for my 2 weeks pay. Whatever I took it but it was only for 1 week, and of course guess who won’t answer his phone? That’s right Patrick the coward! I should’ve never got fired for something to happen on my second day at work. I believe someone should’ve talk to me over the years with service management under me never once what I have fired anybody on their second day for something they didn’t even do I would’ve talk to them and discuss the issue and figure out what the real problem was!
