Mallard Crossing
It was the day before Thanksgiving 2023. This was my second time giving Woodie's a try. This time I made my requests clear, to get confirmation. I wanted my oil changed, my fluids topped off, and a quote for a set of 4 tires. The staff assured me they would do all that I asked. It took them about 2.5 hrs before they called to let me know my car was done. I noticed there was no mention of the quote for 4 tires, and nothing attached to my paperwork once I got in my car. I immediately got on the highway. About 10 minutes into my drive my "check coolant levels" light came back on, so that wasn't topped off. 30 minutes into my drive I try to clean my windshield, still no washer fluid came out. These were low when I took my car to woodies for my oil change before this one. Now, I have to question are they even changing my oil? Both times I went to Woodies the guys at the counter were very kind and knowledgeable. But Im starting to believe that woodies just doesn't like me or my car because once it goes back, nothing I'm promised that comes with the point inspection, ever happens.
