All services performed well. However they need to be more informative with what the time process is and that they cannot accommodate your willingness to wait for the service to be conducted. They have closed off the "Customer Waiting Area" but do not inform you of this.

Had my window replaced in my Honda here last week! Noticed it rattled a little bit afterward, so I called and they got me in the next day to fix it. Patrick is a very kind manager and made sure everything was working 100%. I’ve taken my car to a few other places around Charlotte and had poor experiences, but I would definitely take my car back here!

I had a great experience with Woodie's for my oil change and routine maintenance. The service was fast, efficient, and communication was clear every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality car maintenance.
