I’ve had a variety of great experiences with the Charlottetown Ave location. The Charlottetown crew is super professional. They really understand cars and take great care of their customers .I appreciate how sincere and proactive they are -regardless if the problem is resolving a tricky window repair or sorting out mysterious sensor lights coming on when the car is running well. Very nice people and reasonable price for oil change.

I recently purchased a truck and an appointment was booked for me here at Eagle Automotive to change the oil and diagnose a Tire Pressure Monitoring System light that was on. John and his team were very kind and willing to answer my questions. Given that the truck was new to me, the checked the fluids and showed me the condition of each, which gave me a ton of peace-of-mind after stopping in. My initial visit was on a Friday afternoon, so I did have to come back the following week to correct the issue completely, but they made the scheduling process easy and got me out of there in no time. As if that weren't enough, the truck needed a new set of wheel locks which they were happy to install for me once those show up. I would highly recommend them and will have them as my first choice moving forward for any of my automotive needs that may arise.

I visited this location to complete my State Inspection for the year. The Customer service was standard. Service was quick, I had an appointment so I was in/out in 45min. The waiting area is nice, has a TV and is stocked with snacks and beverages.
