I had a check coolant level sensor go off on my car. I didn't have an appointment, but they squeezed me in anyway. Turns out my sensor might be having issues but my coolant level was fine. I have never gone to a mechanic and not spent several hundred dollars and been without my car for several days.So, to hear that my car was fine earned my trust and I know where I'll be taking my car to anytime it needs service. 🤯 I'm blown away by this location.

The gentleman that worked with me was great but the cost of labor is just way too much compared to other places. Come to find out friends of mine who used to take their cars here stop going for the same reason. I got an inspection done and battery and it cost me over $700. I need other repairs done but I literally can’t afford to bring it back here.

Be insanely cautious of this place. My cars battery died while I was in a business trip in NC. They said they could help me out and seemed very nice over the phone - after inspection (which they didn’t quote pricing), they said both the brakes and the battery needed to be replaced. I said I would probably be fine with the battery but not the breaks bc they seemed fine before. They never gave me a quote on pricing and went ahead and did the work on my car while I was at work without my knowledge. Called me and said I owed them over $740 for a BATTERY. The last time I got my battery replaced it was $400 (labor included). This was insane - there is literally a law stating that if the work is over $350, they must quote you on pricing and receive your signature before doing the work. I left work to go to this store and figure out why they would think that was okay and the guy acted aggressive and rude until I brought the law up and he finally backed down but still charged me $570…. I thought that he was definitely trying to pull a fast one so I got my car checked at my regular dealership back home…turns out my brakes were completely fine and this place was just trying to scam me even more. Definitely do not recommend.

If you need your oil changed or your tires rotated their ok but if a computer doesn't tell them what's wrong they won't be able to fix it.

Super smooth experience. I spent a total of 5 minutes dropping my car off and picking it up for an alignment. Would recommend

I was extremely pleased with the entire service from Woodies. From the beginning, I was greeted with enthusiasm, and professionalism. I felt that I was heard when describing certain issues I wished to have addressed. Within only a couple hours, I received a text message containing a link to see all the checks that have been made, including those of higher importance. They soon followed with a phone call to review everything in that link, and address issues of concern. Two hours later, my car was ready, all issues addressed and fixed. They had shuttle service to bring me back home, and pick me up when the car was done! By far, the Best Service I’ve ever had! A+++ service from start to finish!! Heather L. Murphy

Quick service. Accurate wait time. Car runs great. That's what you should be able to expect from a good place! And sadly there aren't all that many mechanic places like that. Both my hubby and I will be back.
