Everyone there was really kind and knowledgeable. They did point expection and sent me email with the results. They replace my brakes as well. If you are looking for a reliable mechanic in Summerville I highly recommend going to Woodie's Auto Service you will be glad you did.

Quoted price found they could not do final part to finish job had to pay for 3rd party to finish job that did not deduct from original quote so feel I ended up paying twice. Poor communication there were delays and that's understandable but when delays happen and you find out when YOU CAll as to when you can pick up your car and told more than once there's been a delay NO COMMUNICATION unless you call. Work seems ok but office service , customer communication and billing practices need a lot of work.

I’m dissatisfied with my service from Woodie’s. I was quoted a price. I agreed to the price of service. Once, the technician started working on the car, I got another call saying that the original price quoted was wrong. And, that the actual price was significantly higher. Then I called to check on my car. And, found out, that a part was ordered for my car, without discussing it with me. The part was $240. Apparently, Woodie’s assumes their customers have pockets full of money. I , neither my family will ever return to Woodie’s in Summerville , SC again. Leroy Dantzler.
