I was from out of state my car broke down,I was lucky enough to find woodies auto service.the manager there named Billy Hamby treated myself & my wife like family.the part I needed for my car was discountinued he searched the internet till he found the part which had to come from illinois and would take a few days to get there .he had his shuttle driver A.J. ( who was the nicest guy in the world) drive us to a hotel and pick us up the next day and drive us to the charleston airport so we could rent a car. He had his #1 technician CJ fitzgerald repair the car and I went and picked it up a few days later .everyone in that shop was so helpful ,I could not have made a better choice in service,they were real life savers in my time of need. I highly recomend this shop. They absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty.5 thumbs up.

Woody’s has great service and reasonable prices. They also send out coupons.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. They asked me to leave a message and phone number. I did, they never called me back.

They Did the Service necessary smoothly and Kept us informed. We knew the cost before anything was even done, and even after a mistake was made by accident they corrected it with no hassle. Awesome terrific will be back.

The technicians at Woodie’s are GREAT, they work diligently the actually find your car’s issue no matter how long it takes and they fix it the first time. My wife loves how they keep her car (2017 Volvo XC90) running in tip top shape. Thanks Woodie’s!!!

Not a great experience. My vehicle was never fixed. There was miss communication and added fees for something they didn’t repair properly. I lost a good chunk of money for something that wasn’t fixed. I do not recommend utilizing this repair shop. For they will leave you with no money and more auto troubles.
