Just another great location with great people representing a great and trustworthy company. This location helped me through a car situation last month and provided advice when they did not have to and despite me actually not needing to move forward with service from them. But I would have trusted them 100% if I had to.

Billy was awesome. Was very informative and polite. AJ was a great driver.

I was scheduled, on short notice, to drop off my car for an oil change. Other establishments required prescheduling and those appointments were incompatible with my professional schedule. The gentleman on duty addressed me by name. I, therefore, did not need to explain why I was there that evening. He was the perfect mix very respectful and jovial during our interactions. When I attempted to use a coupon I had received in the mail, that coupon was for a different type of motor oil than normally used in my car, but they still attempted to apply said coupon to my service that day. I did have to return the day after picking up my vehicle to have the "oil life" gauge reset, but the employees on duty that day researched how to do so and had me on my way quickly and at no charge. All thing considered, this was a very positive experience.

Great place to bring your car for one stop service. Very clean, friendly and professional service. Woodies does everything from oil changes, to tires, to dealer related services. I would highly recommended them for your auto service needs

The staff at Woody’s in Summerville, SC went out of their way to complete the service and repair issues to accommodate a time restraint I voiced to them. So refreshing after the treatment most of us have experienced since Covid and all the short staffing. Thanks guys!

Great experience from the first call to payment. Received a very detailed analysis of my car. They went through all the details and were not pushy at all. Answered all questions. Gave me estimates for all work needed, prioritized them for me and explained why the given priority. Excellent customer service!
