I'm John Shearouse I had trouble with my Cadillac The guys put alot of time In car. They went thru everything to get to the trouble. They were very professional and kind. Went out of there way see that the car was fixed and made sure I was happy. They have a great service department and.good people to work with. The guys inside where good to work with and helpful. The gentleman that drives you if you need transportation is a great guy as well If you need a good service team these are the guys

These people went out of the way within minutes to help me get my tire fixed plugged and put back on my car. I know it doesn’t seem like much but the customer service there was out of control. Great if anybody anywhere near Somerville needs car work done you need to go to them Without question.

Great survive they told me my truck only needed oil they did not charge me an additional $150 for diagnostics on my truck when nothing pop up highly recommend 💪

2nd time I've used Woodie's. I appreciate that they are thorough when diagnosing issues.. They are also transparent about costs..I also like that when recommending services they are not pushy. Cars running well & that is important for me when commuting
