First, I would like to say that I appreciate Riley and Billy's hospitality, they were very nice and seem to be professional, which is why I gave this establishment a 1, unfortunately I would not recommend this service and repair shop to anyone, I got my vehicle towed here on 11/21 and didn't get it back until 11/30 (granted I understand Thanksgiving but 9 days is extreme considering I went there for a DIAGNOSTIC), at first I was told that it would be 189 for a diagnostic but since my check engine light wasn't on that turned into 389, which coincidentally now that I have my car back the check engine light is on, I went in with advice from 2 previous mechanics that the problem was related to a electrical problem but once it left Woodies now they are saying that it is the motor and it would be over 7,000 to replace, I'm not happy with my experience, I honestly feel like they got over on me because I'm a female, not to mention that in my receipt it was blank where the "concern, cause, and correction" is but Riley was nice and stated I would be able to come back to pick it up as they aren't able to email a second copy they were only able to email the first copy directly after transaction. Hospitality 100.. Experience 0

Great customer service and customer care

I was from out of state my car broke down,I was lucky enough to find woodies auto service.the manager there named Billy Hamby treated myself & my wife like family.the part I needed for my car was discountinued he searched the internet till he found the part which had to come from illinois and would take a few days to get there .he had his shuttle driver A.J. ( who was the nicest guy in the world) drive us to a hotel and pick us up the next day and drive us to the charleston airport so we could rent a car. He had his #1 technician CJ fitzgerald repair the car and I went and picked it up a few days later .everyone in that shop was so helpful ,I could not have made a better choice in service,they were real life savers in my time of need. I highly recomend this shop. They absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty.5 thumbs up.
