These guys are phenomenal! Another shop had said that I needed a new radiator because it was leaking into the transmission. Then I would need AT LEAST a transmission rebuilt. It was gonna cost about $4,500 for it all. With it looking like it was gonna cost me that much I wanted a second opinion. I called Woodies and spoke to Brian about the situation and said they would take a look at it to verify. A nice gentleman named Kyle called me and said that indeed the radiator needed to be replaced but thought that a flush of the transmission would hopefully take care of the problem. The master technician Gill said it took 3 full flushes to get the radiator fluid out of the transmission. I had them do some extra things as well and in the long run they saved me about $3,000. Thank you guys so much! DEFINITELY recommend these guys.

Lied about my oil leaks, lied about my gas cap and my tie rod I won't be visiting them nomore..

Been there twice for various services, so far. Friendly folks who are thorough in looking things over and discuss what needs to be done. Willing to work with you. And they got everything done rather quickly (in our cases at least...,). They also provide a shuttle service back and forth to there in case you need it. Thanks, you all.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the look of the business The men at the counters were so kind and professional. We sat in the waiting area that was decorated so nice and clean. We wete offered refreshments and the tv control. Definately will be back for my car needs.

I can't say enough good things about Woodie's! After I had scheduled a service appointment, my car began to alert me to change the oil 2 weeks before my appointment. Josh, the Manager at Woodie's in Mint Hill, very kindly worked my car in the very next morning! The Courtesy Driver took me home so that I could wait the projected 2-3 hours in comfort. He returned to take me back to pick up my car when the service work was completed. I always appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy demonstrated by each employee at Woodie's!
