Nice place and good staff

I don't typically post reviews about places that I go to. However, I feel like my experience today needs to be shared with as many people as possible. Prior to today I had never heard of Woodie's Auto Service. Due to my horrible memory, I panicked realizing that I needed to get my vehicle inspected ASAP. I went to seven different places all of which having no luck or being asked if I wanted to make an appointment for Tuesday, because of course Monday is a holiday and most places will be closed. The last place on the list was Woodie's. They closed at 5 today, I called at 4:15 and spoke to Aliyah and she was wonderful. Not only did she let me know that I could indeed get my car inspected there but that they would get me right in. The entire staff were absolute lifesavers, they helped me out tremendously even despite me coming in at the last minute on a holiday weekend. They were extremely knowledgeable, very helpful with all my questions and the service was not only efficient but also quick, professional and friendly. I would have to say that Woodie's is truly a place to go for unforgettable service with a smile!

Called ahead for an inspection. They completed the work promptly. The building and waiting area is large and inviting.

This was my first time going to Woodie’s and it won’t be my last. I was only trying to get my brakes looked at and given an estimate for the service, but Frankie informed me that they could get everything done in one day. I really appreciate Frankie’s professionalism and kindness through the whole process. They even offered to give me a ride back to my house while I waited on the service. Thank you Frankie and everyone at Woodie’s auto!

Super friendly and helpful staff

Just needed inspection on a 2020 truck.. made an appointment for 1230.. get there and am told that the person who does inspections is at lunch from 12 to 1.. was told how professional and great, customer service oriented they are, then this.. they lost a potential customer

Sent me to another Woodies to get estimate so I had to drive to Huntersville. Then they tell me it will cost over 10k to fix my suburban that needs minor repairs. It has a brand new engine and runs fine. Not sure what their smoking but I had someone else do it for 3k.

Had a nail in my tire and Woodies fixed it for me in a professional timely manner! Would definitely use them again!
