They were excellent! Very thorough about explaining what needed repaired right away and what I could wait on for a period of time- very honest and straight forward. I was from out of town and wanted to get my brakes checked before a long drive home and they were so helpful getting me in the same day(several other places could not). I wish I had an auto shop near me that I had such a good experience with- highly recommend!

Woodies is like a hard to find diamond. Over the past 5 years or so I had tried to make a conscience effort to try Woodies because they are a locally owned auto service center, but just kept forgetting to do it. I woke up to a flat tire on my truck and it couldn't hold air to make a cross town trip. My wife reminded me about Woodies. I called, they returned my voice message and between the superior customer service and professional mechanical service, they have won a life long customer in me. Karl, in customer service, was a hoot to interact with while I waited for my tire to be repaired. He offered me very reasonable routine estimates for oil changes, coolant flushes, brake line flushes, etc. that were VERY competitive. Did I mention that they are locally independent owned and operated? That is a huge plus in my book. Again, they have won me over as my vehicle repair center.

I am writing this comment as a person who has frequented this place of work, but if only two times prior, and upon my third visit to this car repair shop it has solidified within my mind that there are few other places that can provide this quality of service. They are amazing at what they do and are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well. If you have an issue with your vehicle, do not second guess your suggestion if Woodie's is available near you.

They always do a great job at a fair price, we have all our automotive maintenance and repairs done at Woodie's.

Woodie's has been a life saver during this pandemic. They are always so careful with us anytime, but now, as part of the vulnerable population, they really take care that we are not compromised. They are diligent in finding the source or any problem without using it as an excuse for unnecessary work. We've found our auto service home in Huntersville.
