I had a flat tire last week, and right from the beginning, the staff at Woody's (in particular, Miles, who I worked with directly) were extremely accommodating, professional and kind. Excellent customer service and a great group of people who got me back on the road with minimal effort on my part. I will definitely be a repeat customer, but hopefully not due to another flat tire!

As I have said it before and will say it again, If your going to spend money on repairs then get the best from your dollars spent. Woodies will do the repairs and will do them right and guarantee them. You get what you pay for and Woodies makes sure you get it. They service all of my vehicles with perfection. First experience and I'll be back. Clean, professional, great communicating with me during course of the day and honest! Told me I didn't need an alignment when they could have just done it and I wouldn't have known the difference. A breath of fresh customer service where there's not someone bucking for a commission!

Woodies provided me with one of if not THE BEST customer service that I have experienced with any auto repair shop. They kept me updated on issues and they fixed them. My car had been sitting for over 6 years and many of the repairs needed just to get it running were very challenging. This is the best that my Vette has run in years!! I absolutely will take any and all vehicle issues to WOODIES!! The staff was excellent and treated me and my vehicle like family. I would recommend Woodies to anyone!!!
