Who knew an auto service center could be so friendly, helpful, timely, convenient, and fairly priced! I met Karl Wegner when I had a question about a key fob that wasn't working properly. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING and EVERY OPTION to me and charged me nothing. I said then that if ever I needed service, I would return, not thinking that the very next day I would have tire problems and between Karl and Pat, everything was taken care of that very day so that we could get back on the road! (We're from New York State!) They are the best I've ever dealt with. And I'm an old gal!

A year ago my pickup died and Woodies replaced the fuel pump. All was good till it did the same thing again almost a year later. I had the truck towed to them and they quickly fixed it under warranty. They even covered the towing! Paid absolutely zero. Karl, and Pat were great to work with. My granddaughters car has a check engine light on and we are taking it to Woodies Huntersville.
