I only have the best things to say about Woodie's. My car broke down on the side of the road. At the time I had my 3 small children (ages 5, 2 and 5months) in the car with me and, needless to say, I was overwhelmed. The car needed to be towed in. The staff at Woodies offered the highest level of professionalism and genuine personal concern. They responded quickly-immediately receiving my car to rectify the issue and maintained great communication throughout the process. I have to give special thanks to Carl. Carl, Thank you so much for helping me, being kind, keeping me informed and keeping me smiling when I was on the brinks of tears! You all rock!!!! #super satisfied customer💚

I had a flat tire last week, and right from the beginning, the staff at Woody's (in particular, Miles, who I worked with directly) were extremely accommodating, professional and kind. Excellent customer service and a great group of people who got me back on the road with minimal effort on my part. I will definitely be a repeat customer, but hopefully not due to another flat tire!
