Hate to even give them 1 star but was my only option!! Aunt bought 2 tires there 2 months ago! She went bk in to see about front brakes and they quoted her $530 for front brakes- not the rotors or anything just front brakes - insane- she went elsewhere and got them done and they discovered a big knot in 1 of the tires they had replaced so she went back to woodies about the tire and they wouldn’t honor the tire- stated it was her fault and tried charging her full price for another tire Needless to say she went elsewhere and got it cheaper and will never do business there again! Places like this shouldn’t be in business point blank period Fort mill location

Beware of price gouging here. Duane and his guys are crooks.

Beware of price gouge. Duane seems cool but he's a snake. My advice is to pay for the diagnostic check of 89.00 and then take your car to precision tune. I saved half of what he tried to charge me. Smh

I called because they are close to my house and a neighbor said my tire was low. Ramey said to come by and he'd take a look. He checked all 4 tires and added air where needed. Also told me to keep an eye on the one that was low. NO CHARGE! This was a big help and a huge relief to this senior! I will definitely be back when I need other services!!

Omg when I say this place is amazing I caught a flat last night and me and my son had to leave the car here cause it was the only place near us and Uber home I parked our car at the front of their garage at 8 pm and call them and left a message about what happened they called me and had my car with a new tire in a hour when I say I will definitely come back to them they didn’t know who parked their car to block their garage but they took great care of me I highly recommend this place

The service was great and I really liked that the were so friendly in their service. They worked with me gave me a shuttle to go where I needed to go and even offered to take me back to their place of work when my vehicle was done. Thankful to have went there, I would recommend this place to anyone that visits the area and still needs to get around while having their vehicle serviced.

Really not sure what’s happened in the last few visits, but service has dramatically decreased while prices have increased. We brought our certified preowned ‘18 Mazda CX-9 in for a 28 Point Vehicle Safety Inspection 2 weeks after purchase (June 18th) and it cleared all safety points in the green minus a cosmetic issue. For the breaks, the technician left the following comment: “Upon inspection of your [front\back] brakes we found your brakes are in good shape at this time.” Today (September 15th) we brought the car in for its standard oil change. To our surprise, the inspection listed “ Upon inspection we found your front brake rotors to be pitted/worn” and “Rear brakes are metal to metal. Upon your inspection we found that your rear rotors are worn/pitted.” In less time than that between oil changes, the breaks were so worn they required replacement as well as $400+ in new rotors. When I inquired if this was an issue to expect with the car and how in 3 months we could have such a drastic difference, I was informed that this is standard, things wear down overtime and “they manufacture things just at minimum requirement so they need to be replaced a lot.” All in all what we thought would just be an oil change turned into a $1,000+ bill. On top of that, when we turned the car on to leave, they hadn’t completed the repairs because the “change oil” code still showed on the dash. I used to love this shop. Dwayne ran it like a well oiled machine - pun intended. He was always polite. But it feels like prices have dramatically increased the past few visits and the service quality has dropped. I don’t doubt that my car is safe to drive after visiting, but I can say you can find similar or better service elsewhere for a better cost.

Went here for a tire replacement. Went straight home. The next morning get in the car and all I hear is clunk clunk. Come to find out the tire is barely hanging on and the lug nuts were not tightened at all. Totally unacceptable. Do not go here
