Friendly staff that had exactly what we needed when our 5th wheel had a tire blow out. Timely service. However, the tire they sold us was grossly underflated and we had mounted it before we noticed how low it was. They did not have a portable tank that we could use to inflate it. Please be sure to have them check and double check tire pressure before you leave.

On our way from our son's home in NC to friends in Marietta, GA our RAV IV made an ominous sound. We thought it was a flat, but upon inspection, all 4 seemed good, but the noise persisted. We turned around to go back to our son's house, but now it was louder and the car vibrating. Then we saw Woodie's. We pulled in, told our story, gave our info and waited in their clean, comfortable lounge. We're from NY, so we didn't know how receptive southerners would be. The lug nuts on the rear tire were all loose except for the one with the anti theft lug nut. They tightened them, checked the other three wheels, test drove it and sent us on our way... compliments of Woodie's. Best shop around, I'm sure, new facilities, clean bays, bathrooms, everything, and the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Thanks, Brad. Thanks, Matt. You made our day!

The service was fast and the courteous. I will be returning.

Complete freaking scam my next review will be on the court out come this place is a dam joke 4k later same issue the difference with me it’s not about the money it’s the dam principle let’s see who gets the last laugh!!!

No appointment on Saturday was no problem staff extremely courteous very helpful was in and out in 20 minutes highly recommended

Took my wife’s car in over the weekend and Ramey and crew were so helpful and straight forward. Will definitely use them in the future. Communication is spot on. I had to take another vehicle to another place for warranty work and the communication has been horrendous. Not this shop!
