I took my red 2003 Silverado in for an engine flush and oil change. The team made recommendations then explained their process. The staff were great, the work was done on time, and at a fair price. I keep the truck exceptionally clean and it was returned the same way. We were looking for a local mechanic shop and I think we just found it. The shuttle service is a great PLUS, since I work remotely. Thanks guys...Great job! UPDATE: My truck's transmission started having issues with the first gear and Woody's stated they also do that too. Took the truck back in, ordered the new transmission, and now it's just like new. Super impressed with the work quality! Nice to know they're there when you need them!

I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change. My car takes full synthetic. I had a doctors appointment at 10:15. I brought my car in at like 8:15. They wouldn't let me wait there for my vehicle, and insisted they drop me off and pick me up later. I had to call and cancel my appointment because they still had my car and was not gonna be done on time. It was after 12 by the time I got my car and got home with it. I don't like the idea of being dropped off and wondering if my car is OK. And I can't ask any questions. I got a whole report of things they said I needed on my car and insisted I have brake service asap and wanted to charge me $600. My oil change was $86 and I didn't even get my tires rotated. I'm gonna get a second opinion. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Reliable and good service. Won’t be the cheapest every time but they do great work and care about their customers.

I couldn’t be more happy with my service with Woodies in fort mill!! From the manager Duane to the technicians I talked to all had great knowledge with automotive and easy to talk to in general as well. I had mutiple things fixed on my 14 year old truck, and it feels great again driving down the road. I’m super happy, and would use there service in the future.

Hate to even give them 1 star but was my only option!! Aunt bought 2 tires there 2 months ago! She went bk in to see about front brakes and they quoted her $530 for front brakes- not the rotors or anything just front brakes - insane- she went elsewhere and got them done and they discovered a big knot in 1 of the tires they had replaced so she went back to woodies about the tire and they wouldn’t honor the tire- stated it was her fault and tried charging her full price for another tire Needless to say she went elsewhere and got it cheaper and will never do business there again! Places like this shouldn’t be in business point blank period Fort mill location

Beware of price gouge. Duane seems cool but he's a snake. My advice is to pay for the diagnostic check of 89.00 and then take your car to precision tune. I saved half of what he tried to charge me. Smh
