I had to take my car in for inspection and it was done immediately while I waited with no problems. I did ask if they could use a cleaner to wipe my interior door handle and steering wheel from other mechanics dirty hand prints, but they told me they didn't see any dirt to clean which probably meant that they didn't want to do it for me. Would have gotten the 5Star from me if they did.

I went to have my car looked at for an overheating engine issue. They were very upfront with me with the price of the diagnostic testing. Unfortunately, it turns out my engine had irreparable damage. I was okay with that, for my car was older and had close to 200k miles on it. Anyways, when I asked what exactly went wrong, Duane kindly drew me a picture and explained everything in great detail. They then allowed me to keep my car on the lot for a couple days until I was able to figure out what to do with it. Super friendly staff, reasonable pricing, will definitely be going back!

Best honest service!! I used to take my car to a mechanic I knew for a long time, but after they closed shop, I took it to Woodies uptown and Patrick took really good care of it. My car is a 1995 Saturn so it has specific needs. Very polite, very honest, and good prices.

These guys are amazing. Their customer service is the best around. I needed an oil change and for my car to get checked out before I traveled a long distance. They fixed me up and then called me when I got to DC to make sure the car did ok and to make sure I wasn't stranded. I have never received that level of customer service. I'm a customer for life.
