All I can say is WOW, the people are so friendly, they were honest as they asked me about a few things as I was getting the NC inspection and they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The place is clean. Mechanics and staff are courteous and efficient. Wait time is reasonable. Waiting room is airy, welcoming, comfortable, and attractive, with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. Prices are comparable to other independent service and far lower than dealers. This is the best place I've found in the City - MAC
