The service at Woodies is away fantastic. They are honest and very respectful. I have all of my non-warranty work done at the Carmel Rd facility. My wife had my son's car in recently for service and Alex took great car of her. Running her back and forth to Waxhaw!

Service was super efficient. I really like to carrier service they provide, in the event you don't have someone to pick you up.

AC was blowing hot and cold. They diagnosed correctly and took path of least cost... and it has worked great since. We positive and let me know before they did the work.

They diagnosed correctly and took path of least cost... and it has worked great since. *** BUT 03/25/2019 THEY DID A 28 POINT INSPECTION THAT CLAIMED TO check front and rear brakes. Within 2 weeks the brakes started making noise and the brake light on the dash stayed on. The brakes started to make terrible noise when braking. I took it to the Woodie's in Fort Mill and they said my front and back brakes were dangerously shot, including the disc and the drums. They did a great job and the car runs great. *** They said that the 28 Point inspection would have definitely seen the brakes were bad. I feel like the Carmel Rd Woodie's only listed that they did the inspection and put me in danger of a serious accident. Do not trust that they really looked at your car when they promise they did the 28 Point Inspection. *** I am wanting a resolution on this or I feel like they do not really care and I will need to go further to make this known.

I’ve recent had my oil changed and new tires put on my car at the Carmel location and am VERY impressed with the employee that helped me. Rick was very helpful in helping me with my entire experience. He was professional, kind and I very much appreciate his help. Thank you Rick I will be back and hope to see you soon. Woodies auto should know they have a gem in you as an employee.

I had my car serviced by Woodie's around three weeks again. I was amazed with the service I received. I was a walk in, and got my car repaired in a sufficient amount of time, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
