Woodie's gave me excellent service! I had a slow leak in one of my tires, went to another tire shop and was told they could not repair the tire and that I would need a brand new tire for $280. We called Woodie's and John said to bring the vehicle over and he would take a look. They patched the tire with no problem and saved me $280. We will only go to Woodie's from now on and I recommend them to anyone with car issues. Thanks again John for the great service!

I took my 2016 Hyundai Elantra there because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. They diagnosed it as failed alternator&said it would cost me $887 to fix. I told them I will take my car to the Hyundai dealership since it is still under warranty. I paid Woodie's their $58.92 diagnostic fee. South Charlotte Hyundai did a diagnostic on my car&determined that my alternator was fine but the cables to the battery were loose. South Charlotte Hyundai charged me NOTHING!!! Woodie's tried to rip me off. I WILL NEVER, EVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM! They saw a woman&tried to take advantage of me!!

I was visiting Charlotte for a week and noticed a sudden clunking noise. My hosts, living just off Carmel Rd. suggested Woody’s and said they had a good reputation. I showed up at 6:50 a.m. just to be sure I would be there first when they opened. They were already at their desks! I explained my concerns, also my brakes were not satisfactory to me. I took the shuttle and received a phone call within 2 hours with a repair estimate. Although a shock since they found a few things I didn’t know about, I authorized the repairs and the work was performed that day. I drove away in basically a new car and feel so grateful I broke down in Charlotte since my local dealer ignored my complaints and I was driving an unsafe car. Thank you Woody’s! Great job! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

I was having so many problems with my car, especially an issue with my trunk popping open that no mechanic could seem to fix. Woodie's was the only place that actually spent the time to figure out each issue, so I don't have to keep coming back with problems. I'm so grateful. I'm impressed with whoever the mechanic was that worked on my vehicle, in addition to the kind and patient front desk clerk, who I believe was named Jonathan. Thanks for the great service!

Had never been before, but had a flat tire very near by. They were great, putting on the spare donut tire and ordering a new tire to be overnighted and installed the next day.Very helpful, fast, professional. Happy they were available.

I loved that they were quick to answer the phones and get my vehicle looked at right away. The shuttle service was also very convenient!

These guys saved my butt when my radiator cracked coming into Charlotte and I limped in right at closing time. They were super friendly, and the work has held up. Pricey, but at least the work is good. They also gave me a ride to a place nearby, and would've driven me all the way to my destination in South Charlotte had it not been near closing.
