Since moving to Charlotte in August 2024, I have used Woodie's twice for major repairs. Once for tune-up service, and the latest really was an emergency service. As we were coming from a medical appointment, we had tire problems. Though, having an ill wife in the car; Jsienko and his crew helped me with my ill wife as much as they helped with our 2013 Buick. Sadly, Woodie’s has fallen hard and fast in the past decade or so. Took my vehicle in to address a specific problem, which was not fixed despite me being assured it had been. The cherry on top was the $5k in unrelated repairs I “needed”. So to recap, $100 to NOT fix my issue and tell me I need to spend $5k to fix other “problems”. RIP to the Woodie’s I used to know. Fortunately, I have a few recommendations for reliable non-chain mechanics that I fully intend to use going forward.
